Tosinger's portrayal of African royal feminine roles continue with fellow incredibly talented cast and crew in “A Song for Adaeze” as it returns for one night only at the Atlanta Musical Theater Festival at the Jennie T. Anderson Theatre on Sunday , September 11th at 5 pm. You don't want to miss this one-of-a-kind afrofuturistic fantasical story and dynamic songs written by Chiwuzo Ife Okwumabua and Sunni Williams, it will be a whole VIBE! Tosinger is a staple at the annual Africa Expo in Atlanta, 2021 will be no different as she brings her soothing and uplifting afro sound to the audience with her band. Bringing the African diaspora together through the celebration of our shared culture. What's Black is in essence African and we are great because we share the same roots. All who support Black Liberation, beauty, joy and Black Lives are welcome. Hey, we recognize It's also the eve of Halloween. The kids can come in costumes and we will give them candy. Kids 17 and under are free. Adults= $10.00

Message from Asike - Empowering Women of African Descent
ASIKE 2020! Our mandate remains to empower and educate girls and women in Africa and the diaspora. We invite you to be a part of our mission to sponsor 200 girl children through our Sponsor a Child (SAC) program. We currently sponsor girls in over sixteen African countries, and we look forward to expanding our reach in 2020. We believe we are impacting lives for the better and hope you will join us in our fundraising efforts. Tosinger will be sharing her inspirational music with us this year.
A Song for Adaeze is an Afrofuturistic Musical Production written by Chiwuzo Ife Okwumabua and Sunni Williams. Enjoy a song performance from the original theatrical musical production of 'A Song for Adaeze' entitled "A Woman is Made" and a scene from the show featuring Tosinger as Provost Obafemi. Following the theatrical presentation will be a discussion and creative strategy session on creating the recipe young girls need to become a woman.
In 2019, Atizay launched the Encuentro Afrocostarricense de Artes Visuales (Afro-Costa Rican Visual Arts Gathering), whose goal is to make visible the presence of the black community in the visual arts world in Costa Rica. From October 30 to November 1, 2020, they will hold the second edition of their event.

The second edition’s theme is Black Resiliency: Coping with a Global Emergency as a Black Artist. They want to invite the audience to get closer to the reality of the black experience around the world and understand how global crises and movements shape it. This year, they want to create a space where our people can find the support they need within the community while enjoying what they are most passionate about.
As the second edition will be virtual, they want to make it more fun this year by holding a virtual live concert at the end of the gathering. -
The gathering will take place online starting on October 30 at 6:00 p.m. EST and the exhibition will be showcased until November 1. The platforms to be used and the event program will be announced shortly. Your presence and participation in this event would be of great value.
